    Assess the current SQL Server database architecture and identify areas for improvement in scalability, performance, and maintainability.

    There is a need for a full-time Data/Systems analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). Heavily involved in Data interfaces between different MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans.
